Every product page has an “Order on WhatsApp” button. Tapping it opens a chat with the product name, price and link already filled in. Send the message and we confirm availability, delivery and payment in the same conversation.
Why is there no checkout on the website?
We take orders over WhatsApp so you can ask about sizing, confirm stock and see additional photographs before you pay. It is slower than a checkout button by design — most of our customers have a question before they buy.
What is the jewellery made of?
Unless stated otherwise on the product page, pieces are 18K gold plated over brass, set with cubic zirconia or shell pearls. The exact material, stone and finish are listed under Product Details on every product page.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery timelines are confirmed on WhatsApp when you place your order, because they depend on your pin code and whether the piece is in stock or made to order. See the Shipping & Delivery page for the current policy.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Returns and exchanges are handled case by case over WhatsApp. The full policy, including what is and is not covered, is on the Returns & Exchange page.
How should I care for my jewellery?
Keep plated jewellery away from perfume, hairspray, chlorine and water. Put it on last when you dress and take it off first when you undress, and store pieces separately in the pouch provided. The Jewellery Care page has the full routine.
