Orders

This website does not process payments. Product pages are an invitation to order, not a binding offer. An order exists only once it has been confirmed by us in the WhatsApp conversation, including price, delivery timeline and payment method.

We may decline or cancel an order — for example if a piece is out of stock, if a price was listed in error, or if the delivery address cannot be served. If you have already paid, you get a full refund.

Pricing

Prices are shown in Indian rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Where a compare-at price is shown, it is the price the piece was previously listed at on this site. Prices can change without notice, but never after we confirm your order.

Product descriptions and images

We describe each piece as accurately as we can, including material, stone and finish. Colours can differ slightly between screens, and natural materials such as pearls vary from piece to piece.

Delivery, returns and refunds

Covered separately on the shipping and delivery and returns and exchange pages. Those pages form part of these terms.

Acceptable use

• Do not copy the site's content, photography or copy for commercial use without permission.
• Do not attempt to disrupt the site or access it by automated means beyond ordinary search engine crawling.

Intellectual property

All content on this site — text, photography, layout and the wordmark — belongs to Pawan Jewellers unless credited otherwise.

Liability

We are responsible for delivering the piece you ordered in the condition described. We are not responsible for damage caused by misuse, or by contact with perfume, water or chemicals — see the care guide. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
